Changes:

Major Changes

Fixed a bug introduced in 2.26 that made $PROGRAMFILES and $COMMONFILES unavailable in the uninstaller

Minor Changes

Build System

Added TOOLSET option to allow selection of specific build tools (e.g. scons TOOLSET=mingw)
