Vista - Winamp has stopped working (playlist)

Hello,
I have just switched to windows vista ultimate x64 and winamp has started behaving oddly on one point:

When i close Winamp (5.35) with the playlist docked on top (or anywhere else) i get a windows error windows saying "Winamp has stopped working".

Please note that this issue does not occur if the playlist is disabled or if it isn't docked.

This is more than annoying because since it crashes every time i close it, the playlist reappears undocked when i run winamp again. plus who wants an error msg every time they close winamp?

i've looked around on google, forums and such and ran a search right here and found no solutions...
