no config file?!

sc_serv_gui.ini couldn't be found
where can i get another copy of this? it asked me if i wanted to make one, but it was just blank. can anyone help me out? thanx.

According to some helpful member whose name escapes me, you can apparently make a copy of sc_serv.ini and rename the copy sc_serv_gui.ini
