Skins In Winamp 5.5
Hi all,
I have been trying various skins for winamp 5.5, but 99% of them crash the software. i read somewhere in a post that was made in July of this year that skins made after september. Is there a fix for the skins crashing winamp? or is there a section on the site where i can find winamp 5.5 compatible skins? thanks |

Most of the top rated / most downloaded skins in the skins section of this site are compatible and work fine with 5.5. Just click the 'Skins' link under the large 'Winamp' on the top navigation bar of this page.

Some recent issues with the skin/plug-in database at Winamp.com has caused corruption of skins files from September on. The only issue for the user is the affected skins do not display and the standard classic skins shows. I have not heard of Winamp crashing with the skin files.
