Save Play Count, and Last Played when Upgrading Winamp
Hi there,
I would just like to say I would love the feature for Winamp to save the play count and last played info when you upgrade to a latest version of Winamp. It doesn't sound like it would be too hard to implement, but it would take away the one thing I hate about upgrading Winamp. I had a quick look for plugins although I couldn't really find much, but it seems like a feature Winamp should really have natively. Cheers, Panda I <3 siebe83 - THE forum king. Odd, I just updated to 5.51 and it does seem to have this feature now?
Must have just been the big update to 5.5 a while back that did it.

Winamp doesn't delete this data unless you uninstall it. It is perfectly fine to install new versions over old ones. There was a 'large' change made in 5.5 which made the multi-user settings default.
