Keyboard shortcut: Previous track

Hi,

is it possible to change the keyboard shortcuts?
I want to assign the 'Previous track' function to 'Y' in order to have all playback shortcuts in the same row (play, pause, stop etc.) since on the German keyboard the key 'Y' is next to the 'X' key.

Those are not changeable. Though, I *think* may be possible with a language pack, say, like the German Language pack.
