how i can play songs in my server

ok i set up my server and its working
but i want to know
how i can play a song,and the people who are in my radio station can listen.

Sorry for the Bad English.
im doing my best.

my ip its http://192.168.1.68:8000/index.html
just for now
some one can help me i want to play songs in my shout cast

the people want to listen the songs :S
