need my station to play on macs

I have my station up and running perfect. But I visited a friend today with a mac and we tried to play my station from my site and it couldn't. I have the code set to play .asx files I know this is for windows media but is there some way where i can have my station to open on windows and macs both? Is there a certain way to code it to open the main player on macs in order to play the station as well as windows?

video lan should be able to read this ....

They could also run winamp or wmp under something like crossover, darwine, or fusion.

iTunes should support PLS files.
