No left speaker output with laptop
I've been having problems with Winamp v5.52.
I know both of the speakers used to work with it because my laptop was my main computer before buying my desktop, but recently Winamp has only been playing out of the right speaker while running on my laptop. I know it's not a sound card or volume balance issue because everything else (iTunes, internet playback including videos and audio, video games, etc.) works perfectly fine. I have DirectSound Output enabled in Winamp, so I know that isn't the issue either. Any help? Just a thought...have you tried plugging in external speakers to make absolutely sure the left channel is not blown?

I am using external speakers. It doesn't work with headphones either.
Keep in mind that it works with other things like iTunes and Youtube. |

All I can suggest to you at this point is to look at this thread:
http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....hreadid=161361 And follow point 3 Do a full reinatsll on Winamp and see if that clears the issue. What's so funny about peace, love, and understanding? (Elvis Costello) |
