Winamp 5.572 / Windows 7 x64 / Instant Crash - mcicda.dll !

Alright, I just did a clean install of Windows 7 x64, installed Winamp 5.572 and launched it. I got an immediate crash which I will paste below. Any ideas what is causing this? I guess mcicda.dll is the culprit, but what does it do?

C:\Windows\system32\mcicda.dll is for analog cd playback.

Go to: Winamp -> Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> Plugins -> Input -> CD plugin (in_cdda.dll) -> Config:

Checkmark "Enable digital audio extraction if possible"
Uncheck "sample input from soundcard"

If the problem persists, then please attach your List of Plugins.
A dxdiag log might also prove useful.
