Winamp Online Music Ripping

I would like to know which releases of Winamp allow for ripping music from online radio stations. I'm getting lots of connections from European locations, some with Winamp 2.6 but most others as Winamp 5.0. Does anyone have of list of which allow stealing music from online radios? I would like to make a program to block their access per Winamp release versions. I don't see any reason for everyone around the world to be using anything under Winamp 5.57 but don't want to block any legit listeners either.

If you think your stream is getting ripped best ask in the Shoutcast forum, or do a forum search, this has been discussed many times already.

.OGG is the only broadcast format that Winamp has native ripping support for(and I havn't tried that for a while).
