Windows sizes and positions

Hi,

could someone please tell me in what file exactly are the windows sizes and positions setting stored? thank you.

Classic skins = Winamp.ini
Modern skins = studio.xnf

Classic skins the setting applies to all of the classic skins. For modern skins, there are individual setting for each modern skin. Depending on the Winamp install, Winamp.ini and studio.xnf can be found in...

C:\Program Files\Winamp

%appdata%\Winamp Where %appdata% is a shortcut to the 'Application Data'/'User Settings' folder. You can click on the Start button > click the Run icon and put %appdata%\Winamp in the Open box and click OK. That should bring you to the Winamp settings folder in 'Application Data'/'User Settings'.

The actual path will vary with the current Windows version you are using. Example...

Windows 2000 & Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Winamp

Windows Vista & Windows 7
c:\users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Winamp
