Anyone any good with flash?

A friend has made me a Flash 'now playing' widget for my site - it looks great - and works well - but, there is a problem!

If you stay on the page for a while, the Widget starts displaying previous tracks, and even if you refresh the page, it still does.

However, if you close the tab, open a new one and load the page, its fine again for a while. I believe the problem relates to browser cache, but have no idea how to deal with it..

Can anybody help please?

I don't think its designed with PHP, but with AJAX. It looks as if its writing a text file to the flash. Its still a VERY COOL script, but you are probably looking for a script with PHP or Curl (which seems to be catching on with array() pointing )
