Does aol radio work?

A question I have been searching for an answer to from time to time since some months. I think it's time to ask it here =)

Since 5-6 months back (I guess), aol radio doesn't work for me. This is a new computer, the recent version of winamp is installed, and it's the same. All stations give an 'access denied' error. I wonder if aol has stopped broadcasting on winamp, or it's a regional limitation. I'm in Istanbul btw.

Thanks!

Doesn't work in my country as well, when I open an AOL station, always a 30 seconds long geoblocking clip will be played, where they say, that the service isn't available in my country.

hmm yes, it's simply geoblocking. my installation strangely doesn't show anything about 'geo-blocking' or any description, just the stream name shows 'access denied'. Then I think they shouldn't show it in the ML by default, as it's not available out of US.

Thanks for the feedback.

I fully agree with you, that it simply shouldn't be shown in the library for countries, where the service isn't available.
