NSIS and XML support

I have been using NSIS for about 2 years and have been reasonably happy with the results so far.
Now I am getting into deployment of services and clients for services and the obvious problems of inserting the correct server name into the config file of the clients.
All in c#.net and VS2010
I am looking for ideas from members who might have experience with this.

you can use the nsis XML plugin
