I am running Winamp 5.6 on a Windows 7 system. I have a Verizon DroidX running Android 2.2 and downloaded/installed the Winamp app.
I have successfull connected my DroidX to the PC via Wi-Fi. It is showing up as Attached. Before I sync my whole music library I wanted to manually transfer a couple of files to see if it works. So I dragged a couple of songs to the DroidX device in the left panel. The song appears in the transfer list. It goes through the Transcoding process then says Failed. No other error message is displayed. How can I determine why it failed? (forgot to mention that I uninstalled and reinstalled both the Android app and the Windows program) (also forgot to mention that these are wma files) Thank you. I have the same behavior. Doesn't matter if it's wifi or usb though.

Same here
I don't even see the transcoding.
I've tried a variety of options of all transcoding including turning it off. Restarted phone and PC program Original Droid Winamp 5.61 tried sending mp3 wma and wav all fail I can pull from phone to PC though but sync from PC down to phone is a flop Screencast Video of Fail http://screencast.com/t/GuWUUUY3w http://screencast.com/t/L9wutedVB |
