Lock screen issues make Winamp unusable
Hi all,
I use the pattern lock on my HTC Desire and have enabled the lock screen on Winamp meaning I need to hit the little Winamp padlock then draw a pattern in order to unlock my phone - far from ideal compared to the HTC music app's controls that sit directly on the pattern lock screen but I guess I can live with it for now seeing as Winamp is a far superior player. The problem I have though is that if I get a call when i'm listening to music i've no way at all of answering it - the music doesn't stop playing and when I hit the unlock padlock and then draw my pattern i'm taken into Winamp which I can't get out of. My phone doesn't even tell me who's ringing or let me back out of Winamp to the home screen or phone app. It basically renders Winamp useless other than situations when I can't receive calls such as on the tube. Anyone else experience this? What happens when you receive a call when listening to Winamp with a locked phone? Also, as someone else mentions in the bug thread, why does Winamp always come up first after unlocking? If I get an SMS and unlock my phone that was previously on the SMS app, I want it to still be on that app when I unlock it! And the padlock is way too small Really enjoying the app other than these bugs though |
