Question help - files not showing up in wireless sync

I usually handle my files by moving them manually - It's the way I do things. I tried deleting my music off the phone and going back and redoing it through my media library in winamp, but that ended up frustrating me to no end. I wiped it and rebuilt the library on another computer, from an external hard drive backup of my music files (this was while visiting family, on their computer). The problem I have is now that winamp on my PC won't recognize those files, and wants to re-sync the files I'd previously put onto the phone. I don't want this - I JUST want to use the media library interface on my PC to build playlists from the files I have on the phone Now. is there any way to do this?

OR do I have to go back and re-transfer EVERYTHING through winamp?

I deal in file folders. I like knowing where my files are and when they transfer, I Want to be able to find them without having to run a search. It frustrates me to no end when I have to hunt through someone else's file system (one of many reasons I HATE itunes). The only time I use winamp's library function is for the randomization function and playlist building. Can anyone help me out here with a method to make winamp work with my style of file handling?
