Thread deletion??

I started my first thread ever up here a few hours ago and it looks like it was deleted. I don't see how it viloated any policies. Maybe I'm crazy and just can't find it. Title was "Not quite "The Ultimate Media Player" yet...".

Am I right? Was it killed? If so, why?
