After closing out, Winamp keeps running

Just curious. When I exit out of Winamp from the main screen (select Quit Winamp from menu), I'll find that minutes later, Winamp is running again in the background. Not sure what it is, but is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I use Advanced Task Killer to kill it, but it keeps coming back later on, even though I never launched it again since I last exited out and/or killed it.
