Looking for a plugin to upmix stereo to 4.1/5.1

Hey guys. Could you recommend a plugin for me that upmixes a stereo to 4.1 or 5.1 audio?

I have an Audigy Fatal1ty Titanium card but Creative's software is so unreliable I would just like a Winamp plugin.

There is an old plugin called Matrix Mixer that works great if you take the
time to learn how to use it.

New version released that stores its configuration settings in %appdata%\Winamp.
