Physically delete files from disk - please.

Hi, this used to be a bug in early releases of Winamp I understand; supposedly, if you deleted a file in the playlist, to peoples consternation the file was removed but good; including physically from the HDD.

I will agree that if you got no warning, then it must have been a maddening bug that may well have turned many ppl off Winamp.

A creative coder's-revenge on bitching users perhaps.

But given a warning and the choice, there is, to my little mind, no better way to get rid of musical deadwood 'on the fly'; while it is fresh in your ears so to speak, and I would like to have this 'bug' back.

from the Media Library, RIGHT CLICK your unwanted track, select Remove..., Then select "Physically remove selected item(s)"
