Duplicate playlists after syncing

Everytime, after i sync my sd card with my computer, i have 2 of every playlist in winamp on my android. if i clear all data for winamp, they duplicates disappear.

any way to fix this? i'd rather not clear my settings every time i change a playlist on my computer...

also, i believe the problem may be because i don't use winamp on my pc to do the music sync (i use doubletwist).
