Win32 Transcoder Download Site Error

As the title says, there's just a small bug that I would recommend fixing A.S.A.P.

If you look at the download page currently, you will notice there are two downloads for the win32 version of the latest Transcoder. Unfortunately, someone forgot to add the text describing which is which. Obviously some users like myself can read the filename and differentiate between the x86 and x64 versions, but most other users might not think of that, and the lack of text itself just looks odd.
