BBC world news live stream issue
While listening to the BBC world news stream from the BBC news app via winamp, the stream always stops playing unless you have winamp in the foreground at all times. If you hit the home button to do anything else or a popup from something appears, the stream always stops playing. Any fix for this?

Hey
Please could you explain the method of reproduction in more detail. eg. What BBC News app, and how do we get to listen to the BBC World News stream with Winamp For Android, etc etc. Or are you saying that you're using a separate app (BBC News) to listen to the News stream with, but there's some sort of clash occuring with it and the Winamp For Android app, where it causes the stream to stop playing unless WFA is in the foreground? (unlikely, because you say "via winamp").... Please also tell us what your Android phone/model and OS version is, and confirm you're using WFA v1.1.1 |

Thanks for the response man!
I'm using this app: https://market.android.com/details?i...mobile.news.ww I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S II with android 2.3.4 (also had this issue on 2.3.3) and am indeed using WFA 1.1.1 Here's a chain of screenshots to reproduce the issue. In this example I turn my screen off, the stream still plays, then the second I turn the screen back on and the lock screen appears, the stream stops. Another case is after hitting the home button, the stream plays until you try to start any other app:
