Suggestion: If there isn't a way to do it already, it would be nice for winamp to scan all the folders on the phone for music instead of just the "Music" folder... or at least let me tell it where on the phone the music is stored.
Reason why I say this... and the issue I'm having, which I suspect is common: As brief as possible: I buy music on Amazon. I use the Amazon cloud and download my music from there using the Amazon mp3 app so I don't have to plug the phone in to get the music... and for when I'm not at the PC. -This creates a folder on the phone containing much of my library, "amazonmp3". I prefer to use the winamp player on my phone and computer. I'd like to be able to sync my libraries using winamp. -Winamp (PC) doesn't know the amazonmp3 library is on the phone. -Winamp thinks my phone is empty of music. -Winamp wants to make a second copy of the entire library on the phone. Any solutions? Or do I have to constantly move everything from the amazonmp3 folder to the Music folder on the phone (an excruciatingly time-consuming process)? Will THAT even work? Thanks. |
