USB WIFI Sync out of sync

Winamp + Android + sync = awesome! I can finally do something that iTunes can't wifi sync.

But there is a problem: When I sync on wifi, then on USB, it immediately wants to replace all the songs. The syncs are out of sync with each other.

Anyone else have the same problem? Any solutions? I'll just use one or the other for now I guess.

Phone: Nexus S (16GB), winamp 5.621, android winamp 1.1.1
