AVS not working with M4A?
it's been bothering me for some time now that avs isn't responding at all when i'm playing m4a files (MPEG-4 AAC). is there a way to sort this out (and i don't mean why don't you use format x instead?)
checklist: -Winamp 5.572 -Nullsoft MP4 Demuxer 2.0 (in_mp4.dll) -AVS 2.81d edit: as the version number of in_mp4.dll doesn't change with newer builts of winamp it might be of no use stating it. however, i tried both default version of wa 5.572 and the latest wa 5.622 - no difference. same goes for any other version of avs i tested (2.83 and 2.9) |

I believe that because MP4 can be used to play files with DRM, in_mp4 is not allowed to output usable data to visualization plugins
