Will Shoutcast Slave (realyed) Instance kill itself after a certain period of time ?

Hi,

I am wondering whether the shoutcast (v.1.9.7) slave(relayed) instances will kill itself if they can't connect the master server for a certain period of time ? (like 5, 6 hours of failed connection attempts)

Anyone who knows?

No. They'll keep trying to reconnect.

but why it will crashed about 24 hours after I switched the pre-roll... This thing never happened before in the last 3 years... But it started to happen in the last 2 months.
