Playlists dont show up under devices/card

Hi I've pretty much given up on wifi ever working right on my msi gt70 and gs4 but I was wondering why when connected to usb the playlists don't show up under card which is where all my music is thanks for any info

playlist created on the android are different than what the winamp for computer are
they are also stored in a different area
also if you try to create a playlist on the computer may not work on the phone as the location info might be incorrect

you will see the playlist when the phone is connected to the computer in winamp only, you will not be able to edit it in wifi mode at least, just remove it from the device

for location
playlist are stored on internal memory on phones with android 3 or later as this is default storage area
phones with android 2 series
the playlist is stored in the os partition
