I can connect and listen to my my Music fro´m thw web user gui when logging on to "https://winamp.orb.com/orb/login/login.html", but I woulkd connect with winamp android?
How do I do that?

It should be possible, or?

no idea as Winamp remote has been a dead / unsupported product for a number of years and no one here gereneally has any idea about what is / isn't able to be dome with it, though I highly doubt you can do what you want.
