trans problem like many

i know it is a thread that has been discussed quite a bit, and i apologize for repeating it, but i jsut cannot find the reason why it is not working as it should, so i kindly ask for help....

sc_serv is working ( i think...), see attached log
but the trans is giving me a hard time, i tried to listen to the stream on winamp but it is not receiving and giving me a 404 error.
I attach the logs and i hope someone can give me a hint on how to resolve this, thank a mill ahead!

Dooooh... i forgot to mention what is not working:
i have uploades a few songs in the music folder, and have manaully created the palyslist playlist_1.lst like this:
# This example playlist is used as the main playlist sc_trans will use to pick
# out the files it will use to create its output for the source we generate.
#
# Also remember to use the correct path format for the OS you are using and to
# ensure that the files you want to play are present in the location you choose
# e.g.
music/Ahmad Jamal - Acorn.mp3
music/Buddy Guy, Junior Wells_01_01_Buddy’s Blues.mp3
music/Buddy Guy, Junior Wells_01_02_Stormy Monday.mp3
music/Little Feat_01_01_Callin' The Children Home.mp3
#
# In this example we will just assume that all of the files associated to the
# playlist are in one folder and all have an mp3 extension though there is no
# reason why you cannot explicitly specify files to use or to reference a tool.
# See sc_trans.txt - section 7.1 for more information on how playlists work.

# Remember to change this to reference the files you want to use when trying
# the sc_trans_playlist.conf example which is best tried with full length files

This file is now in the archived folder btw, but it was placed in the playlists folder before.

my main problem is that in never finds the playlists nor the folder.
I also attach the conf fiel i created with the builder.
Attached Files
File Type: conf sc_serv_cst3.conf (585 Bytes, 158 views)
File Type: conf sc_trans_cst3.conf (773 Bytes, 157 views)
File Type: log sc_serv.log (10.7 KB, 156 views)
File Type: log sc_trans.log (17.8 KB, 161 views)

Got it to work! jsut needed to add ".." in front of /music in playlist file

one thing though:
when installing shoutcast, the system creates a "playlist" folder and not a "playlists" folder, that brings a lot of problems!
hope that it helps others with the same problem.

the config examples provided with sc_trans aren't very good as you've found (which is my fault) and will hopefully resolve the issue you've mentioned if an updated sc_trans release can be made available in the coming weeks.
