My Radio MP3 License is not working my new Centowacast (SHOUTcast v2) my license in my old Centowacast (SHOUTcast v2) how to unlock my radio MP3 License?

you've not sent any of the specific details of the unlock code as i'd mentioned (all that's been seen is a 'not working' email) so no one can find any details / help you. you need to email the specific unlock code you're trying to use so they can check things as well as anything specific about the account which was used to purchase it.

that's not going to work as Centova don't handle that.

i have said where you need to send things and _what_ you need to include in the email (both times you've not) and from what i've been told, there's nothing known in the system with the email address which was used for the contact anyway.

so without more information from you going to the correct support address (as covered in the first few posts), there is little anyone can do to help you.
