connection rejected. Bad icy header string [icy-genre:]

I am new so please bare with me. I installed:
http://download.nullsoft.com/shoutca...31_2011.tar.gz
on my centos-5.5-x86_64 VPS. All I did for configuration was set the winamp and admin passwords.

I started shoutcast using ./sc_serv

Now I see 5 choices:
2013-12-01 13:03:44 I msg:[CONFIG] [0] : sc_serv_relay.conf
2013-12-01 13:03:44 I msg:[CONFIG] [1] : sc_serv_public.conf
2013-12-01 13:03:44 I msg:[CONFIG] [2] : sc_serv_simple.conf
2013-12-01 13:03:44 I msg:[CONFIG] [3] : sc_serv_debug.conf
2013-12-01 13:03:44 I msg:[CONFIG] [4] : sc_serv_basic.conf

I chose number 4 and hit enter and get the below error on my VPS when trying to connect via my OtsAV source:

2013-12-01 12:42:48 I msg:[MICROSERVER] Listening for connection on port 8000
2013-12-01 12:42:48 I msg:[MICROSERVER] Listening for connection on port 8001
2013-12-01 12:42:54 I msg:[SRC myIP:49990 sid=1] SHOUTcast 1 source connection.
2013-12-01 12:42:55 E msg:[SRC myIP:49990 sid=1] connection rejected. Bad icy header string [icy-genre:]
2013-12-01 12:42:55 I msg:[ADMINCGI] Title update [MPM - Living in a Daydream]
2013-12-01 12:42:55 E msg:[ADMINCGI] title rejected. Stream does not exist
2013-12-01 12:43:25 I msg:[SRC myIP:49995 sid=1] SHOUTcast 1 source connection.
2013-12-01 12:43:26 E msg:[SRC myIP:49995 sid=1] connection rejected. Bad icy header string [icy-genre:]

Can somebody please give me a clue how to fix the icy-genre bad icy header string?

Thanks very much for any hints you can give me.

Thank you very much for your response. A little more help please. It does not connect now from my source. I do not see any config files. I deleted the old "sc" folder and made a new one for the below 2.2.1 file. How do I set the passwords? How do I set my VPS IP? Running the setup.sh file does not allow me to do anything.

Thanks again

Okay I figured out to enter setup mode is the IP:8000.
Now 2 questions please:

Client Stream Path ?

Stream Authhash ?

Thanks again, getting there.

Okay I think I'm getting there. Now nobody else can hear anything when they go to IP:8000. It says 0 listeners. Sorry for all the newbie questions.
