No Source - Station goes off-line

Hello -

While looking at realtime stats of my listening audience, from time to time, the station will just go offline, and it can take a couple of minutes or a couple of seconds for it to come back.

Is this just a random thing that cannot be fixed, or is there a better way to report it when it happens, so that the technical folks can better address the issue?

It's seen on my wavestream dashboard (http://my.wavestreaming.com/shoutcast/dashboard), but regardless - no music will play when there is no source (player goes dead and then bounces back online, and sometimes just comes back without bouncing - best way to describe it).
