Problems playing my radio

Hi, I have a new radio and make the settings, but I can not hear directly from the web. That problem I have?

This is the link of the radio

Create the following website
http://1011radio.com/

I can only play through windows media player.

(sorry my english is not good)

works fine

P.S. don't expect the flash player in that first page to do anything, it's a poorly written flash application
