Hello and greetings from Romania ! I have a big question ! i saw the things mentioned in the below image

Does that mean we cant create our own radio station with shoutcast plugins (other plugins) and to live stream, i want to have a religious live radio station but i am not sure it will work. If it does which version of winamp, latest or older, and plugins should we use, again older or the latest ! I hope someone can help answer my question ! All the best

I believe this banner is obsolete, as radionomy have taken over winamp / shoutcast and will probably continue the services.
