about .dll

I am trying to start my Shoutcast on otsav pro dj classic and have done everything to put encoders in however when I go to enable Shoutcast on otsav it says it cannot find the .dll file which I cannot find it as well anywhere on my system could someone give me steps to fix this matter thanks
