Station Transfer to SHOUTcast

How can I transfer my station from a third party company to host directly on SHOUTcast directly.

I've been using SHOUTcast but through a third party server. I want to start dealing with SHOUTcast directly now. How do I do that without compromising the integrity of my station?

this is in no way helpfull for the threadstarter.

Do keep in mind that this is NO paid support but it's all volunteers here and since a few years it's been kinda dead around here.

What exactly do you mean? You are currently at a provider and would like to switch directly to SHOUTcast?

With the change, of course, you get a new StreamURL. Or do I get something wrong here?

I think migrating to Shoutcast Streaming Service or the DNAS won't be possible without at least a small downtime. You would have to register with Shoutcast, set everything up as you like and prefer it and when you are ready you would probably propagate the new streaming URLs.

If you are only doing live streaming you could run both streaming services at the same time, so I think, and switch off the old one as soon as your listeners have moved or you think it is the right time.
