How do i broadcast?

I really want to broadcast but i don't know how. I am on a free plan and i have looked everywhere for the answer. I am using rocket broadcaster. Is that compatible?

Hey,
Should actually work.
It is only important that SHOUTcast 1 or 2 is supported. According to the website SHOUTcast is supported.
