activating shoutcast premium features

Hello,
I have signed up for the shoutcast premium server license. However, the people who help manage my server have never dealt with Shoutcast 2.6 before. I have my user id and license id, and have had them paste it in to sc_conf, but we didn't know exactly where to paste them in. We just ended up putting them at the bottom of the file, but apparently that's not right, as it still keeps killing my stream when I stream in aac.
So then, where exactly should this go in sc_conf?
As always, I have sent out several emails which have been ignored by shoutcast support. I know that there are a lot of people using the service, and that means a lot of tickets, but still, I find it hard to believe and very disappointing that Shoutcast would neglect paying customers in this way. Hopefully somebody else on these forums knows what they are doing, as I have all but given up on official support.

Hey,
simply insert the following at the end of the file:
userid=YOURUSERID
licenceid=YOURLICENCEID

You should also note that you have to create a station in the manager for this stream. Then take the Authhash and add it to the Config.
At the end you would have to insert the following:

userid=YOURUSERID
licenceid=YOURLICENCEID
streamauthhash_1=YOURAUTHHASH

Please also note that the Stream/Station must be public.
