Allow Connection and auto connect.

Hello i have a problem
When my server is Online 24/7 on my dedicated server i want to connect to the server with my Shoutcast from my PC, but shoutcast say that the server is currently busy.

Its possible to allow connections when the radio is Online?
So i can make some radio show on my own PC and when i finish my radio 24/4 from the dedicated server connect automaticly.

Hello Minimalistik,
Can you please develop a bit more. Do you want to sometime stream from your pc then leave your server do it?
what is your radio? what shoutcast version are you using? what playout system are you using?
