It sounds like you are missing the DNAS
There are two important things needed to get Shoutcast to work. First you need the DSP (it sounds as if you already have this). This takes the audio Winamp is playing and re-encodes it and passes the encoded info as well as meta data to the server. The server you say. Yes, this is known as the DNAS. The server takes the incoming data from the DSP and sends it out to the people who want to listen (a little more complex than that but you get the idea).
So what you will need to do is download the DNAS which you can find at this link: http://www.shoutcast.com/download/license.phtml Install that and then you will need to edit some configurations such as password, # of listeners, and port (if you want). Then set the password and port to be the same in the DSP as in the DNAS and you should be set. Take a look at the following documentation as it may prove to be useful: http://www.shoutcast.com/support/doc...vlayout=normal http://www.shoutclub.com/articles/view.php3?num=1 If you get stuck along the way let us know and we'll help you out.
