linerec:// ??

I've been reading about using the linerec:// plugin to stream to shoutcast instead of using the advanced tab on the shoutcast dsp.

Where can I download this plugin?

I'm running the latest version of winamp lite. If I type linerec:// in it doesn't do a thing but sit there!
