You are wanting advanced mode for The SHOUTcast source plug-in for winamp. If you don't have this, I suggest downloading it from http://www.shoutcast.com/download/broadcast.phtml.
If you have it, then open up the advdemo.exe in your winamp directory. This should help in most of your questions. If you viewed it already, then try this. In Winamp, hit Ctrl+P for the preferences and click DSP\Effect, then click the "SHOUTcast Source for Winamp v1.8.0" selection and then click configure. Make sure that the advanced mode is checked and that Line-in is not checked (Click Microphone). Then close it. In the bottom part of the SHOUTcast source there is some parts that are already configured, you don't need to configure these. Then Click the mixers button, then get the recording control window and click select under mic and turn up the volume the others EXCEPT for Stereo Mixer Must be mute. The rest can be found in the advdemo.exe . Also, Check to see if you are hitting Press Here to Talk instead of holding it down, some people think that you can talk by just clicking it and not holding it down, that is why lock is there. Also check to see if you need to update your drivers for your sound card.

Hello!!

I have a question: Do I need to hold the "Push to Talk" button to talk? Can I uncheck the button in volume control and talk (without music as background) and my listeners hearing?

Thanks
