Preset choosing algo

Hi,
I have always wondered how come it happens that I more often see 3 rated presets than 5 or 4 rated. I guess it's because I have so many 3 rated and few 4 and 5 ones. Now I guess the preset choosing algo works like this: it takes all of the presets and randomly chooses one, where the ones with higher rating have a higher probability to be chosen. Anyways, the exact way doesn't matter.
My idea would be to load the presets into 5 groups (1 - 5 rated), then choose one of the five groups, 5 being most probably chosen and 1 least probably. Then load a random preset from that group.
What do you all think?

And one more question - what happened to www.geisswerks.com ?

TIA
Roman
