What I have to write to install colors that the colors are
Ocean blue & Black

How about

Green & black

you can use hex-codes for colors

example:

InstallColors 000000 ffffff

black letters on white background

don't know your definition of ocean blue, but check this link

Ocean blue = 38B0C0

e.g. BGGradient 0 38B0C0 38B0C0
