Finally, with 2.79, winamp2 gets unicode support for id3v2 tags that wmp and explorer keep writing.
http://<a href="http://forums.winamp...adid=65914</a> And now I discover first that I absolutely love winamp3 (try corneramp skin), and second that it doesn't support unicode id3v2 tags. Argh. It truncates the last letter, just like 2 did. There's an attachment to show what I mean. I'm running WinXP with NTFS, files are stored on an NT server, also with NTFS. |

Nick -
I tried your file in winamp 2.79, winxp pro, ntfs, and could see (Artist Name - Song Title). If you want, I can send you a screenshot. I checked the File Info, and it all matched what explorer reported. So, as far as I can tell, 2.79 works fine. -Chris |

"Song Title" is displayed right in v2.79. please stop whining and install v2.79 correctly.
