Multiple Steams at different bit rates

Ok Ok I need help on this one guys. I want to set up multiple streams on at like 32bit stream and then some at 112kbit stereo streams off of the same dsp .Is this possible and how would I set the server up for users. I have a cable modem with 400k upload speed. Can anyone help.I will not be relaying different types of music it will be the same music but at different bit rates so the poor people with dial up can also use my streaming audio:winamp:

   ;) If you have the answer and your on line please send me an aol instant message @ GSP08 and that is a zero after the P. Thanks
