Beta3 skipping!

I'm playing a 32kbps stream and the player skips quite badly after a while

This is a stream from a local Shoutcast server that I access using localhost so the net speed should not be an issue. 2.79 plays the same stream flawlessly.

Any hints?

do files on your machine play okay?

or is it only streamed files?

I just played a few local files and it seems to play just fine.
